Deckboard is an independent free calculator for a conservative rectangular decking takeoff with parallel rows and whole stock boards. The aim is to make measurements easier to check before you commit to materials.
What you can expect
There is one calculator on this site, supported by an original guide with worked examples. The inputs, arithmetic and limits are described beside the result. Calculations run in this browser tab without an account or a paid plan.
How to check a result
Start with your actual measurements, read the method and examples, then copy or print the plan. Calculator results describe the stated model; they do not inspect your materials or the real project.
Funding
The tool is free. The owner intends to support it through advertising if this site is approved. Publishing the calculator or including a publisher account identifier is not confirmation that ads are enabled or earning income.
Corrections and privacy
